My experience in high school at Henry Clay was very unique. Henry Clay can and will be intimidating to incoming students, however; the amount of clubs and student activities allows students to get involved with the school. I ran track, cross country, and played lacrosse during my high school career. Henry Clay also prepares their students for college through several studying sessions for every class offered as well as Advancement Placement courses to earn college credit. The diversity in the school allowed several different cultures prosper while growing up in the most important years of your life. Going into school, you tend to only have one perspective but due to my experiences at Henry Clay, it allowed me to take a step back and observe other personalities, objectives, and perspectives in life. Henry Clay is an excellent school for anyone who is willing to put in the work in academia and to broaden their social life.
