The current 6th grade class has horrid behavior. Foul language, disrespectful back talk and giving the finger to staff at assemblies. Lets hope it gets rectified as soon as possible or sadly we will be looking elsewhere. It's so unfortunate! My kid loves the teachers and classes offered. The admission staff needs to create a rigorous screening process or they will lose their positive roll models and their suburban kids. I don't want my role model child in harm's way. Rude and disrespectful behavior has the potential to evolve into bigger issues..... In today world who wants to take that chance?
It's a privilege to attend HMTCA and the kids should represent accordingly. If they don't, they need to go.

I have been in this school for 7 years, from 6th-12th grade. It was honestly a pretty good experience, our class of seniors is tight-knit since we've known each other for so long. There are a variety of different clubs and classes, but the best thing about them are the teachers. The teachers are always there to help and are extremely committed to their jobs and helping out around our school. While the school does lack funding, we made the best out of it. I feel like it was an alright experience; though the connection with Trinity College does help prepare you for what is to come in college. It's a very diverse school, there's someone for everyone. You won't get stuck without a friend, and since a lot of people stay from middle school to high school you'll get to know everyone almost personally.
I really like the school accademy part and the teachers they are very commited to teaching students to suceed in their class. The only thing that worries me is the behavior of the students, they use false language alot and you can see all kind of bad behaviors in alot of the students. My kids are not used to this kind of enviroment, so it has been a litter of a shock to them but they are doing so good with their grades they understand everything and they are A+ Students. I wish the kids behavior gets better tru the years to come.
