Harrisonburg High School is a big school filled with many different students from different places. I like Harrisonburg High School because there is so many different people you can be friends with, learn about where they’re from or take classes that involve their languages. It’s a great school because their is many different classes you can take. You can learn different languages. You can join a club, and there is tons of clubs a person can join. The school is also very safe. Teachers and administrators are always trying their best to protect everyone in the school. One thing that it can change, is to help with the overcrowdedness but overall Harrisonburg High School is a great school to go learn and be with.

Harrisonburg High School has excellent academics and system that truly does its best to prepare you for life after high school. Although there seems to be several restrictions by the administration, it really has gotten better over the past four years, and they do everything that they are (legally) allowed to do. They really do their best to do what they can for their students (even though several students seem to think otherwise).

Additionally, Harrisonburg High School has an amazing Fine Arts Program (specifically their award-winning drama and theatre program). HHS's Fine Arts program encourages self-expression, collaboration, and positive and meaningful connections with its local and global community.
The first thing one notices about the school is the diversity. At this school, there are over 50 different countries or languages represented. College readiness and preparedness is a big focus and academics are very strong. While overcrowding is an issue, there plentiful amounts of activities, extracurriculars, clubs and sports for everyone to participate in.
