I have been with Harmony Science Academy since I was in kindergarten and needless to say it has been a wonderful experience. I have gotten so many opportunities and have met so many cool people throughout my years spend here. I have had the most hands-on interactive teachers, and they never fail to make time for you when you are struggling in their class. I have also made such personal relationships with many of my teachers and faculty . It really does feel like we are a huge family. I would like to see better clubs and sporting opportunities such as football, baseball, perhaps even swimming at harmony because we do lack that a little bit. As well as better food conditions, because the food hasn't really ever been the best quality for us students. Other than those minor complaints I think that harmony has been an awesome school overall!

Review Harmony Science Academy - Carrollton

Being in Harmony Science Academy at Carrollton, TX has been an interesting experience. I've been enrolled since 6th grade so I've seen many ups and down with the school. Academically, it's a round about school with its offers with classes and as well as offering Dual Credit classes free of cost for students as well as challenging students. However with the environment of the school, I've gotten to meet many amazing people whom I practically grew up with for the last 7 years. However with the lack of having more creative freedom while sticking only to one path in the school is why I wish the school could do better though as far as diversity goes, the school has a wide range of diversity among its students and faculty.

I have been attending this school for the past 6 years, since my first year of middle school (6th grade). This school is very average. There is not really anything that distinguishes it from other schools. The best thing it has is that it pays off of dual credit classes, which is a plus for the people that plan on taking them. They are also a STEM school, so do not expect any art related things, or sports either (very few at least). Though it has been promised for a long time, it always fall through. They also lack a proper library, and the most they have are books in classrooms. Another thing is their issue with constantly switching out teachers and staff, if you stay a few years in school you will start to notice almost every year they switch principals, as well as teachers. It makes it extremely difficult to form any connection or bonds with the school. They also lack communication, especially with what is and what is not allowed; and the pick-up/drop-off organization is not good.
