Harford Tech is a great place to attend if you want to gain real world knowledge and a hands-on learning experience in an interested field of study. Attending a technical high school is most notably different from attending a public high school or your "home school" because it's almost as if you're getting a taste as to what college is like. Specifically, everyone is enrolled in a technical area, which is almost like your "major". Additionally, you grow up with those who are in your technical area for all 4 years of high school, making it like a family. This school is also very diverse since it includes students from all over the county. Overall, I would highly recommend this school to those who are interested in applying and aspire to work in the fields that the technical areas of Harford Technical High School have to offer. Go Cobras!
The school spirit here is amazing! Everyone comes together during pep rallies, sporting events etc. and it really makes you feel like you're a part of a loving community. The food is about as good as any average high school, but now that I'm in college, I can say that this school is definitely a safe place to be. Not only in terms of physical safety, but the staff create a safe and comfortable environment for students to express how they're feeling.
Harford Tech is a very diverse school, with very successful AP and honor classes to after school clubs and organizations. Harford Tech is a very safe and friendly environment and you can make friends easily, teachers are also in school and after school for help. It’s a great school and personally as a student, you will love it there!
