Harbor City International School Reviews
Rating 4.24 out of 5 37 reviews
Looking back on my time spent at Harbor City, I don't know if I would be where I am now had I not attended. All the really wonderful and passionate teachers provided me with a valuable academic foundation that has helped me succeed as University student. The reading, history, and mathematics programs often teach above and beyond the requirements for an intro university class, so I felt very prepared and very comfortable once I got to college. Academics aside, the experiences I had with the extracurriculars helped boost my confidence and build an accepting network of friends, both with teachers and students. HCIS provides such a unique and invaluable education experience that seems to be getting increasingly rare, and increasingly important, I encourage anyone in the area to check it out.
Harbor City International School provided an incredible learning environment. The teachers are nice, helpful, and involved.
After transferring during my senior year, I had never felt like I belonged anywhere. But Harbor City opened it's doors and welcomed me in. I made some of the closest friends there and made amazing connections with the teachers that some still continue to this day. Harbor City was my second chance and I truly found who I was through it.
