Haralson County High School Reviews
Rating 3.5 out of 5 173 reviews
Haralson County High School is a very personal school. Since it is quite small, the faculty have the ability to create deep personal relationships with their students and they truly want to see their students succeed! I would love to see more diversity in the school.
Overall Haralson County High School (HCHS) is a good school. Being a minority in the school system and county was never ideal, but growing up here has taught me a lot. I learned how to work in a setting while being a minority without feeling unwanted. There will always be a thought in the back of my head telling me that I'm different from everyone else, but not many people feel the need to point that out. There will always be people who don't want me near or in the school at all, but I know that I am wanted by others. I know that I deserve to be in a school that will give me the education I deserve. HCHS can work on being a little more diverse, but that would have to include the county as a whole. I love being a student at HCHS and being here has really helped me grow as a person.
I first moved to Haralson County High my junior year. I was nervous, because who isn't on their first day to a new school. I am a senior now and i absolutely love Haralson County HIgh. This school drives their students to be active in some form of school activity whether it is. The administration is great, they handle every and any kind of situation fantastically. The current principal, Benji Cole, has done a tremendous job on bringing Haralson County from a 2-star school up to a 5-star school. The graduation is the highest, at about 95%, it has ever been. This school is absolutely amazing and I would definitely want my children to go here.
