I met my best friends here, & met one of my favorite teachers here, he taught me so much & inspired me to go to college!
Safe suburban school, 8/10 teachers are good and care about their students, sports teams are average and not many spectators.
I liked how many opportunities there are to excel in whatever area you wish. There is a breadth of courses, sports, and extracurriculars with wonderful teachers supporting every step of the way. The only thing I would change to help improve the school would be to add more AP courses in subjects that are not available at the school, such as Environmental Science or Statistics.
Most teachers at the school did care about the students, and care to help them understand the material taught. But i give a 4 out of 5 starts because other staff weren't doing their job as to making the students feel safe.
I liked that hammonton high school offered many clubs and activities but there wasn't much diversity in the school
It was a good experience, not too bad, but also not amazing. I do not like the grading system that they have implemented, but that's honestly the worst thing. It is much better than the middle school, which I had a very tough time with.
I will never forget the memories I made getting involved in activities at Hammonton. I would always be in the color guard and in the Spring Musical every year and I will take those positive memories and lessons learned with me throughout my entire life and future career. There were a lot of teachers that helped shape my high school experience and some classes that helped me realize what I wanted to do with my life and go to college for. What I liked about Hammonton High School was the time I got to spend with my friends and doing some things I greatly enjoyed after school and even during classes. During my time there, we won our States competition in Marching Band and seeing the support from our school's community was something wonderful to see. One thing I would like to see change is how my school handled those wanting to see our guidance counselors. I wish there were more in-school options for those who want to talk about mental health, especially if they can't afford outside help.
Hammonton High School has been the time of my life. From trips with my classes to amusement parks to trips to the city with my German and English class to my junior class trip. The teachers and faculty are amazing and teach very well.
I have loved going to Hammonton High School. The environment is so accepting and there are so many people and teachers that are very supporting and helpful.
Hammonton High School is like 1 huge family. Were all connected in some way shape or form. Throughout my 4 years I have made plenty of new friends and have had some great experiences.
Hammonton Highschool is a decent to above average school. It focuses on education and has a good track record. However it is not very diverse and has community issues. Certain issues are taken care in the manner they should because it’s a town oriented school. Meaning they follow what the community feels is right. This serves to hurt the population of the school that aren’t white italians. All in all the school does a good job at teaching, but falls flat on diversity and involvement.
Hammonton High School is a very good, safe, and intellectual school in my opinion. I have been a student there for four years now, and there is very few complaints that I have about it. I am very glad that AP classes are offered there, as they help me further my education and prepare for college. There are also many clubs and activities offered, which is nice, and there is a lot of school spirit and school events hosted there. My one recommendation is that the building and the Chromebooks are getting a little old and need repairs, so more funding to my school would be nice. Overall, Hammonton High School is an exceptional school.
I’m a parent of a student at hammonton high ,actually it was a choice school for us a what a wonderful decision it was my daughter really blossomed here, the excitement that she showed from being at this school changed my life to the point I relocated close to the school, what a wonderful four years to see the glow on my daughter’s face
I started going to Hammonton my freshman year and it’s been such a great experience it feels like a family here and we all get along very well. Our sports teams do well , along with our marching band . Our facilities are well taken care of . The teachers are very helpful here and we even offer student to student after school programs . Overall Hammonton high school is a great school for the district and I perfect fit for students .
Great school with great teachers who know how to work well with students. All staff is very knowledgeable on their subject and how to properly do their jobs. Love this school!!
Personal change I would like to see in my school is the diversity. It is very obvious the divide within the school based on who was born in Hammonton compared to who is a choice student.
I enjoyed going there, but students safety didn’t seem like an important aspect in that school. It was just a lot of drama and the wrong students would get introuble for it. If someone were to stop drama from occuring then they would be in the wrong. If someone were to say that someone else is threating them then they wouldn’t have any protection and the problem would not get solved. They are just very poor when it comes to the safety of a student.
