I had a terrific childhood growing up in the Hamilton Community Schools! Not only do they pay less per student, and the teachers better than most on average, they still manage to save money each year! Yet providing the community with new tennis courts, football stadium additions, landscaping etc.

There are a lot of community and school groups to accommodate a variety of interest and ages some examples include, youth groups, boy/girl scouts, band/choir, swimming, football, baseball/softball, soccer, volleyball, golfing, basketball etc etc They are also very involved in the community sponsoring theater shows, golfing fund raisers and art is out there, fun night, dances etc,, to name a few!

I would recommend this school system to anyone looking for a small town feel with all the big city amenities!
Review Hamilton High School
Hamilton is a great school and a great community! Everyone is very kind and it's a very close-knit small school. The diversity in the school is not as great as it could be, but the academics are great and all the teachers are really invested in helping their students succeed in every way possible.
I loved growing up in Hamilton, though the rules and guidelines do not sit well with the student by any means. I participate in a school related opportunity that allows me to spend half of my day at Hamilton high school and the other half at a tech center. At the tech center, I get to study my future career. Hamilton is not very good at adjusting the schedules to fit well for tech students. Some days our lunch is cut short to only 10 minutes! On half days, bussing is not provided for us to get to and from tech center and neither is lunch. My parents were born and raised here and I am proud to say I am too. I don't struggle to much with the rules and guidelines as other students do but it does indeed affect my daily schedule sometimes.
