Hall-Dale Elementary School Reviews

3 reviews
Overall, the community itself is very involved and supportive. It can take a while to make connections with other parents as many seem very "cliquey" with each other. The teachers care about their students, but I find the school environment as a whole to be very rigid and uninviting for students and parents alike.

Teachers seem to care more about assessments at times than the individual child's own learning ability, growth and potential. Also, office staff are often abrupt and borderline rude to deal with both in person and over the phone.

This school has so much potential, they need to find ways to help parents to feel more welcome and offer a feeling of the community to those who may not be able to attend every event or join the PTA or volunteer on a regular basis. After all, it's not a prison, it's an elementary school and many parents work for a living!

The teachers are great so far and class sizes are on the smaller side. However the staff is extremely rude!
Very snobby school. It's hard to fit in with the other parents and make friends with them. Teachers do not communicate well. Not diverse either.
