Hackett Catholic Prep Reviews

By going to Hackett, I have learned to help others in need, to volunteer for programs that assist those that need assistance. I volunteered all 4 years in high school.
I have learned that my faith can give me strength to get through anything. I have also learned how to persevere to be successful in all of my endeavors, and what it means to be a servant leader, by putting others needs first.
I have learned for my future in college, how to be a successful student, by practicing strong study habits, along with balancing time for athletics.
Part of my experience was being an athlete, which taught me how to be a good sportsman.

Hackett is a small school centered around community. Certain teachers are better than others. Cliques ARE very prominent and friend groups are very exclusive. There are many minuscule and stupid rules that faculty forces on their students. While many teachers do care about teaching and care about the well being of their students, multiple others do not put any effort into their lessons. I did not hate going here, I found a strong group of friends and went to sporting events, but if I had a choice I would have gone to a public school.
I’m a senior transfer at Hackett Catholic Prep and I love it! The teachers are all very supportive and they encourage you voice your virtues no matter how difficult. They have outstanding sports teams and fantastic extracurriculars and a wide variety of clubs and organizations for all tastes and personalities. Their theatre program is especially amazing and it’s a wonderful way to meet new people and discover your talents! Hackett is also full of history and there are a great deal of legacy families who are all very welcoming. It’s a great environment with strong academics and helpful teachers!
