I've always loved my school. It has given me confidence to participate in spirited activities and cheer in the stands! I've made my life-long friends at Gulf Coast and have felt such a sense of community. The drama program there is what my entire high school experience has consisted of. We have an amazing amount if talent at Gulf Coast and the faculty allows us to perform on their stage and use all of the equipment to tell such great stories and to have fun! Sometimes, it's difficult to put on a show to match the talent tech wise. Unfortunately, the school does not offer much funding to the theatre program. As I am graduating this year, I would love to see that change, considering the overwhelming amount of talent there is at Gulf Coast. Nevertheless, this school has made my high school experience memorable and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

Personally, I’ve really enjoyed my time at Gulf Coast. There is school spirit that is shown at pep rally’s, schools dances, football games, etc. The teachers here also really care about their students. I feel like I’ve gotten a very good education so far!
I loved the atmosphere of the school and the powerful school spirit. The teachers constantly push you to work your hardest and always want what is best for you. The sports at Gulf Coast High School are huge and many fans come to support various teams. However, the school also provides multiple academic clubs that allows students to connect with other individuals having the same interest. Due to the amount of students, the school does not provide enough student counselors to be able to connect with each one and assist in crucial moments. But other than that, the school provides an amazing high school experience.
