Coming in as a new student made me believe that it was impossible for me to open up and make new friends, but come to find out that it was the opposite. Throughout the 2 years of me going to this school gave me the ability to open up and be myself. The teachers were so generous and they were always there whenever you needed something and the students were so polite and welcoming. I’m glad I had the opportunity to spend my last couple of years in this school rather than my old school because the people wouldn’t treat me the same way as the people do here.

. I struggled with learning disabilities and constantly needed extra help but it was never provided without a fight. They just said I was lazy or not trying hard enough when it was actually the opposite. So on top of that I was constantly afraid of the halls because that’s when I’d get picked on for every little thing possible. teachers just need to understand that just because kids struggle it doesn’t mean that they aren’t trying. If someone speaks up and tells an adult about being bullied it doesn’t make them a tattletale it makes them strong enough to know they are worth more. No they most likely didn’t bully first and they definitely don’t deserve it. Listen to them and do anything you can to save them.
Griswold Middle School was a good school for the most part. It offers many activities in the school and the teachers are good. What they should change is some of their classes they make students take.
