I love how teachers are actively striving for students to succeed and encourage them in many ways. Most of the teachers prepare their students for tests/assessments need for graduation or passing the class. In addition to good teachers there are also many other resources that allow students to succeed, such as the math lab, sun, or homework club. For students planning to further their education, Gresham has a great college and career center with many opportunities for either colleges or careers, go see Kendra or John!

I enjoyed all 4 years I had spent in GHS. All of the instructors I have had are kind hearted and it is noticeable that they care about their student's success. They are easy to connect to and it actually feels like they are people, not just teachers. I learned a lot from my teachers there, and because of them I got accepted into the Center for Advanced Learning for my junior and senior school years; where I got to spend half of my day there in their Health Sciences program learning a tremendous amount about the medical field. GHS is full of diverse people, has strong academic programs, a numerous amount of extracurricular activities that help create a connection for the students, and has so many opportunities that it is almost impossible to believe it's true. There is no doubt that GHS has shaped me to be the person I am today, and I am and always will be grateful for that.
The teachers here truly care about the students and their learning. They offer a one hour session every other week during the school day on Thursdays to get help from any teacher that they choose. ALL of the doors are open here. They are so nice, the staff is excellent, and there is an abundance of programs here to fit everyone's needs. Unfortunately there is some distance to to walk in between classes, however, they are rebuilding the building starting Spring 2018! GO GOPHERS!
