Amazing high school experience!
And a “feeder school” for the best colleges in this country and overseas!
From the principal on down… Administrators and teachers are always willing to help and communicate. The school makes it easy to transition your child from middle school to college.
The facilities, course offerings, and extracurriculars in the school are unparalleled in this part of the country. The variety of classes and AP and honors offerings give just the right amount of challenge to students, as well as choice for any area of expertise. AND all NEW sports fields on the way!
I feel so blessed that my son is able to attend this top notch public school!

My Experience at Greenwich High School was amazing! I started my freshman year in 2018 and graduated in 2022. Before Covid hit, my freshman year and the beginning of my sophomore year had to be the best. We had the Cardinal Cafe open, which served DELICIOUS pancakes, Garen Catering specials, Acai bowls, and more! The teachers there are also great, they teach with passion and preparation. They are willing to help students after, before school, or during an open. Something that I've noticed about Greenwich high is the opportunities students are given. We are given lots of freedom, resources, and great opportunities in general. For example, we have a swimming pool and great sports teams such as ice hockey. The school also has a program for seniors where they leave for a month on internships for real-world preparations. Overall, the school is great and deserves all of the praise it gets!
The experience greatly depends on the teacher you have, some teachers are amazing and can get you interested in anything, while others are frustrating to say the least. The school has many resources, so don't hesitate to ask! Most of the school is white and pretty well off, although there are people who are lower-income. Most people are pretty nice, and there is a large selection of different academic and elective classes to choose from!
