Our school is in a small rural area. The community is very involved in all functions. It is great to see so many friends and community members come support us in our athletic events. A quick drive through our town will also convince anyone that they are behind the students! The local banks honor our athletic teams, the stores are always willing to donate to clubs and fundraisers, and the businesses are always eager to employ our students! The parents and faculty are also very supportive of our students and do an amazing job of building a community within the school building by teaching many core values.

Most of the extracurricular opportunities are diverse and available to the students. The clubs offer many areas for the students to offer support, resources and activities to a wide variety of interests. The one area that needs improvement is communication within the student body and community.
We don't have a football field, gymnasium or pool. Other schools around our area have football fields. We don't have a lacrosse team or field hockey team.

We have a lazy accuse for a track, basically a circle with some dirt on top of it and some blue broken up stone which gets in your shoes as you run. The track isn't even built to the right standards to be a high school track eligible for meets. We have a great track team that instead practices running around the local park or other locations. Track meets are always away.

We have a Tennis team and a Tennis court. The court only has two courts and that is not enough for Varsity Tennis matches so the Track and Tennis team has to travel to both home and away for meets.

There isn't a lot of school spirit around Greenville and attending games after school isn't a great social activity for students.

There are a lot of older parents and friends attending games.

We recently received a fitness room and it is very impressive with weights and trend mils and bikes.

The Soccer field is nice but occasionally there will be animal poop on the ground if you go outside during gym class. That's not a big problem though and it's a rare occurrence.
