School commodity was excellent with students and staff. Most parents volunteer on every event to bring the community together. I just wished they provided better support for sporting activities for football and basketball, lacrosse. The fees for each season athletics deparment needs a bit high. I would and will still attend sporting avents to cheer them on! I would volunteer in a heart beat with support and work with the athletic department in efforts in flexibility and allowing for students with school pride.
Our school counselors, facility staff and administrative staff is highly recommended with excellent for guidence. The staff filled students with kindness and made the years fly by. I have lots of fond memories. I rated this school very high and recommend any student that attends our school system. It is a great high school and sharing these memories will be passed along.

Great college preparatory program - plenty of class opportunities to start knocking down first & second semester freshman pre-req courses while in high school. Graduated top 20% and was accepted by the schools to which I applied (large out of state research universities) and received significant Merit scholarships to all but one. I do feel more should be done when leveling grades for course difficulty across IB, AP, USM College, and the “standard” track - especially as class placement plays an important part in some admission processes. That said importance of course selection becomes self-evident rather quickly, transferring in with almost a years worth of credits ($$$) although I end up did retaking a core course or two out of concern for transferability of AP courses when moving on to Graduate School in a few years.
I really enjoyed my time at Greely High School and think it prepared me well for college. I participated in the IB program offered there and gained extremely valuable knowledge about the world. I think sometimes student's voices go unheard and that they tend to turn against each other when faced with adversity, but I also believe the school is working on trying to fix this problem as best they can. Personally, I think Greely High School was the best high school education I could have gotten and the teachers cared for each student and worked with them to help them be successful and I would recommend it over any private schools in the area.
