Great Lakes Adventist Academy Reviews
Rating 3.91 out of 5 55 reviews
This school was exceptional. The staff were very caring, loving and always put the students first even before themselves. They would hang out and invite us over and the environment was like a family. The education wasn’t easy but taught me a lot for the future and prepared me for university. The campus is lovely and has a nice gym, administration building, cafeteria and good dormitories. They plan fun events to keep the students engaged and help each kid have friends for the future. Love this school and it’s staff members. Brought Jesus and showed who he truly is and how much He loves us.
I had a great experience while attending Great Lakes Adventist Academy. When I first arrived there I didn’t know anybody, but that didn’t last long. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, which created a family type atmosphere. Attending there provided me with many opportunities that allowed me to grow and experience things I wouldn’t have been able to otherwise. I am very happy and thankful I was able to attend there throughout my high school years.
Our child's overall experience at Great Lakes Adventist Academy has been exceptional. This is the first boarding academy experience for our family and so we were apprehensive about it, but the experience for our family has been wonderful. Our child is absolutely loving academy life and is excelling spiritually, academically and socially. This school has a wonderful and unique family atmosphere that really helps the students adjust to being away from home. The academics are challenging. The expectations are high for the students, which is great. There are so many activities for your child to get involved in and they really encourage participation. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
