I liked that the graduating class was small. It was like extremely small like 50 people small. I think I would have been bullied or simply have anxiety attacks all of the time at a normal public school. Every student in my class was in my grade which is convenient for befriending people in your graduating class. Though, I would like to see change in the amount of whitewashing there is. They sort of avoid the whole Black rights movement thing while addressing similar problems in the PAST history of the United States.
I have had an amazing experience with Glendale Prep. This school has transformed me into an informed, virtuous, outgoing young man. The classes are challenging, but it's not too challenging to the point where you can't succeed. It taught me discipline and how to be hard-working.
Through the seminar-based discussions, I learned how to communicate my ideas effectively, and with the small class sizes I learned to work well with others. I also have the opportunity to explore my many interests-- I've been in 5 different choirs, performed in 4 different plays/musicals, I've helped out with photography in the yearbook, and helped put on dances and special events.
I also care a lot about my social life, and the social environment at Glendale Prep is great. Everyone feels like a giant family, especially since the school is much smaller than your average Public school.
I wouldn't change anything about GP-- it's comfortable, safe, and has prepared me to face whatever challenges come my way.

I love the emphasis on Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. Though the rules are sometimes a bit overly strict, and the work can sometimes be stressful, overall it is worth it!
