Grayson High School is nationally ranked in the top 10% of high schools and #49 among Georgia high schools, as reported by U.S. News and World Report.

The Georgia Department of Education acknowledged Grayson High School as a 2019 Advanced Placement (AP) Honor School in five categories— AP Access and Support, AP STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), AP Merit, AP STEM Achievement, and AP Humanities. We were pleased that Grayson High students were selected for the Gwinnett County Youth Symphony. Two students were selected for the Georgia All-State Orchestra.

The Grayson Technical Education Program opened in 2004 in a building that was constructed adjacent to Grayson High School. Grayson Tech serves Juniors and Seniors from all Gwinnett County public high schools. Grayson Tech is a state-of-the-art technical education facility that offers 12 career pathway programs to explore.
