Felt well prepared for college, and teachers really care about students' success. I enjoyed my high school experience because of the resources the school provided for us. I am in nursing school now and I truly believe that my education here ensured my success in my current program. The AP program was really important to my education and really prepared me for college-level coursework. The environment from staff was very supportive and they all pushed me to work harder. I would 100 percent go back to Grayslake North highschool. There were some things that needed improvements such as more funding needed outside of their football and basketball programs. I felt as if they could have invested in other forms of extracurricular activities for students. Many of the teachers were very good at their jobs and I felt as if made a large impact on my education. There SAT preparing was also very well as I performed well on the test. They ensured many students worked to perform well on stan
Grayslake North High School was a great high school as it was safe, very strong in academics & relatively new when I went there! It was easy to make friends, play sports & get ahead academically. I wish anyone who will be attending Grayslake North the best of luck!
I loved the family feeling at Grayslake north! Also challenges you to be the best you can be! the one thing i would change about it though is the teachers. Some teachers i feel don't want to be there and it shows. Also favoritism, many coaches and teachers don't mean to but they express who there favorite is and gives them more opportunities than others, even if they didn't do anything to deserve it.
