Grandview is overall a very good school. My parents moved out of the district and I did not want to go to another school. I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a good high school and place to live. We are inclusive, athletic, and achieve academic excellence. There are so many clubs and activities to be involved in!

A wonderful high school, filled to the brim with well-meaning teachers and faculty that have lots to share and teach! Passion abound, the extracurriculars are aplenty and active, and everybody is generally caring for one another regardless of who they are. Students here are set up for some of the top colleges in the nation, or wonderful internship/apprenticeship opportunities.
I believe that Grandview needs to prepare students for the real world. Senior year for me has been terrible because none of the teachers or faculty seem to want to treat the seniors like upcoming adults. The involvement students have seems minimum and I think it is because school spirit isn't promoted as much as it should be. The academic department is good as long as you're taking higher up classes. Average classes there don't seem to really teach, it's more fooling around and letting kids who don't care pass.
