Gr Lowell Regional Vocational Technical Reviews
Rating 3.96 out of 5 219 reviews
My overall experience at Gr Lowell Regional Vocational Technical has been amazing. I made connections with my teachers, made new friends, and also be one step closer to my goals. I like going to the voke knowing I get to have the opportunity to get an education in academics and also in my field of trade; two education at once. I appreciate the staff and teachers pushing students to succeed and to believe in themselves. I remember when I was a freshman, I was a very quiet shy girl, who didn't ask for help even when I was struggling. As time passed by, I felt more comfortable reaching out for help. Help is available and people do care about you. GLTHS is a safe environment compared to other schools, like LHS. I enjoy going to the voke and I am so glad to receive my education here. If I were to have kids, I would most definitely bring my kids here! This school is so amazing, there are so many endless opportunities at this school!
Greater Lowell Tech is an very good school for students going into their high school years who need the trade skills for the careers that they want to go into while also working co-operative jobs during school hours (that they get paid for). This schools teachers vary from one sided and only caring about teacher to some of the most wonderful people you will meet in your years of learning. Other students here are kind and keep to themselves almost all of the time if you keep yourself in the right areas. When it comes to student life along with teachers, other students and shop/trade classes, the lunch cafeteria has a wide variety of food sometimes made by the culinary trade students. The school has very nice and understanding staff and a very welcoming presence.
GLTHS has provided my son with an outlet for his creative talent, while making sure of his academic success! My son has some academic supports in place and for a very large regional high school, the supports he has received have been amazing! Every teacher has been aware and adhered to his accommodations. Communication has been excellent between the teachers and I when ever needed. By providing him the support he needs he has been an honor roll student and is now investigating colleges that have mechanical engineering programs that align with his experience in his CADD shop! I am very happy with the education and support he has received at Greater Lowell Technical High School and would recommend this school 100 percent!
