I love Glens Falls High School, it is so near to my heart! All the teachers are so willing to help and are so inspiring. We have won 4 state championships just since I’ve been here (2016-2020) in Basketball, Football, and Cross Country Running! And the music department is to die for, love it!

I really liked going to Glens Falls High School. The teachers were good at teaching us and the guidance counselors did a good job getting us ready for college. I never played in any sports, but I know the sports teams, especially for football, do especially well. I did have a 504 plan all throughout high school, which all the teachers took seriously. And having both a psychologist and a social worker available was nice to have. The only thing I feel could be improved is diversity, but I understand that's not something the school has any control over since it's the only public high school in a small, predominantly-white city. Overall, still a good school to go to.
It's a great school with incredible athletics and an excellent music program. Unfortunately there isn't a wide variety of courses, and art class choice is very limited. There are minimal AP options and no IB. We don't do a musical every year, which puts students planning to major in musical theatre at a disadvantage.
The food is bad.
Teachers are overworked.
