As somebody who worked within the district for a few years and in a number of buildings, I can tell you that this school is all about presentation. Mrs. Ryan is hardly approachable, cares less about what her employees do so long as they make things look nice to parents. It's all a dog and pony show. If I were a parent in Carman-Ainsworth, I'd do everything I could to send my kids to Randels and Rankin, the only 2 elementaries in the district with administration that invests in their staff and students.
