My child transferred in from a charter school system since kindergarten and ended up being in a MUCH better place both academically and socially all because of Asst Principal Mr. Siles and Counselor Ms. Garcia; she has experienced teachers in AP classes and is fully supported by the team here at Glades Middle School; have been most pleasantly surprised since all along I thought the charter school system was better - not compared to Glades Middle School in Miami, FL!

It was great! A better middle school than most. I usually felt safe while attending and the majority of the teachers were understanding and kind to their students. Glades launched me onto a high school curriculum at an early age which has helped me grow and achieve things I never thought possible,
My child is in the Cambridge/DREAMS program and has felt at home since day one. The school cares for all the students from gifted to special needs to ELL. They have wonderful electives and sports. The teachers are extremely involved and take a lot of pride in the school.
