Gerstell is a good environment for students to learn and interact. Gerstell provides many opportunities for students to get involved in the community and school programs. Gerstell could focus more on the math program because of the lack of resources we have in the math department.
When I first came to Gerstell it was really hard for me to adjust because I cam from public school. I was bullied my first year which was 8th grade but once I got to high school my entire experience changed. I made friends and my grades started to improve. Sophomore year was rough but I have been working really hard to get up my GPA and as a Senior I feel very confident that I might get a 4.0 for this year which should help bring up my overall GPA. Gerstell is such a great school and definitely prepares us for college. All the classes are taught at honors levels which challenges us to work to reach our full potential.
