Visitation is like no other. I and many people I know say they would not want to be anywhere else. It is very challenging, as it has gotten harder every year, however, it is a good challenging. And you don’t hear much of this “good” type of challenging anywhere else really. It is rigorous, that’s for sure, but it has put me in an amazing position to succeed in life, more specifically in college. I have learned so much and have made the greatest friends and memories. I truly could not imagine myself anywhere else and will forever be grateful for the love Visi has opened me up to. It does kinda stink not having boys sometimes but overall I’m glad I go to an all girls school. THANK YOU VISI!!!!

I/we love this school and I write this not as any exaggeration. I had a much better job opportunity, but we ended up not taking the job so my daughter could stay at Visitation. The best thing I can say is how respectful and supportive the girls are of one another. In all of our moves and all of the schools she has attended, NEVER has she been as happy as she is here. The teachers are excellent and know the girls well. Some faculty members are so dynamic my daughter is excited about even the most difficult courses and has been inspired to pursue areas of study I would never have imagined. I wish she could have been here all four years. There is financial aid available if needed. I wish there was a bus or shuttle of some sort, especially for those who do not have cars. The school is in a great location otherwise.
Currently a junior at Visi. Hard work thats for sure but the people here are amazing— students, teachers, etc. Teachers really push you to do your best and really want you to succeed. They encourage you to actually think about the material rather than just memorize facts. I’ve made some of my bestest friends in these past 3 years. Georgetown is also such a convenient location in terms of opportunities and just a fun place to hang out in.
