Geneva is so unique. It is academically rigorous and prestigious but not cutthroat and competitive. I can say honestly that my teachers are my friends; I can and do talk to them about far more than academics. The community at Geneva is extraordinary and I’ll miss it quite a bit. The classrooms open to the outside and are connected by a boardwalk. Thus, lunch is a time where everyone is sitting outside enjoying one another’s company. Because of Geneva’s small size, you can be involved in anything and everything you want, and both academics and fine arts are extremely high quality.
Geneva School of Boerne had some incredible faculty and was academically challenging. The small size of the school allowed for a more personalized education, and the teachers were truly invested in the success and well-being of the students. Going into college, I felt like Geneva adequately prepared me for public speaking and written assignment expectations.
