The teachers and staff are amazing! They are extremely helpful with students, and the classes aren’t as “full” as other schools. So those students in the small classes have more help from the teacher. Not to mention the positive support the staff gives the students.

I attended Garfield as a high school pregnant minor, I graduated in 1999 the same day I gave birth to my first child. The school did not have many resources for me as far as college, or after graduated. I had to pursue them on my own.
