The school isn’t horrible but far from great also. Not a lot when it comes to college readiness other than typically a one day seminar. Plenty to choose from as far as sports go with basketball & wrestling being some of the best. Not much diversity as there is maybe a handful of African American students in the entire school. Lunches are by far one of the worst parts about the school & I havet seen any school lunch as bad and little as here. Faculty and staff are ok with a few that stand out as truly amazing! School is located in a town of mostly low income households though you wouldn’t always necessarily know it.

We have had a great experience so far with G. Ray Bodley. Great programs for the students. The academics have been challenging and offers students a variety of options and help when needed. Students can customize their courses to they ability and set their goals each year to meet ultimate goals whether it be college bound or a vocational track.

The sports, music and drama programs are amazing and offer students a chance to really showcase their talents!!
My overall experience of G.Ray Bodley has been pleasant. Throughout my four years of involvement in being leader of my cheerleading team, and being apart of the music department playing the violin, cello, and viola, I have had a prospective of many different groups of students.I am thankful for all of the lessons I have learned from my teachers that have helped me shape into who I am today. Not only their educational lessons affected me, but so did the life lessons they have given based on views and mistakes they have seen throughout life.
We have many diverse groups of students attending GRB, meaning many different groups of kids interested in different hobbies. At GRB we have a vast majority involved in sports throughout the many seasons, and many students are also involved in clubs such as science club, German club, and hope club. I am very thankful for the esteemed faculty and my peers for making the last four years unforgettable.
