Freedom District Elementary School Reviews

I loved going to this school. I am and was a special needs student with an IEP. The teachers worked with me to get my IEP in place and even helped me to get a Karate Scholarship to increase my social skiils. They were not only interested in me in school but how I was outside of school in dealing with others. They met with my Mom often to suggest activities that may increase my social skills and help me to better focus. This year I will be graduating from high school in the main stream thanks to all of the help that I received from them.

The teachers will go above and beyond the school day to meet with parents and be involved in the students life. My Mom was able to go to all meetings, have lunch with me, and generally be a part of my learning experience due to the open door policy practiced by the teachers.
THe after school activities were fun. You got to work on your homework or hang out with your friends. We played a lot of sports.
