What I like about Fredericktown is that it is small and I know almost everyone that goes to my school. This can make classes and study halls more fun because I know more people and can sit with them. The teachers at Fredericktown are very nice and understanding. They will do whatever they can to help.
The sports at Fredericktown are very competitive. I play baseball and basketball at the varsity level. In baseball, we have the district championship for four years in a row. In basketball, we compete for the conference championship every year.
There is very few things to do in Fredericktown, but Mount Vernon is only fifteen minutes away. The pizza is very good and there are lots of options. In the end, Fredericktown is a very safe and friendly place to live.

Fredericktown High School is a nice small public high school in rural Ohio. The small class sizes allow for students to grow closely together and there is little bullying. There are not many extracurriculars to choose from and only one foreign language (so if Spanish isn't your thing, you just have to suck it up). Some teachers are amazing enough to make you wonder how they ended up in Fredericktown, and others are awful enough to make you wonder how they still have a career in education. Fortunately, the honors and advanced placement teachers are on the excellent end of the spectrum. The sports programs and Athletic Director are outstanding, as well as the music programs. The thing about Fredericktown is that if you're willing to work very hard and get the most out of your high school education, you'll be rewarded with good teachers. The lower end of the education is remarkably poor, and many scrape by with poor performances.
I have been a student at Fredericktown High School for all four years and am very pleased reflecting upon the education I have received. I've always had an easy time connecting with my teachers and peers, and have enjoyed the academics. Many of these people have served as role models to me. Fredericktown has given me an academic and social experience I am grateful for.
