Franklin High School has been a great school to attend over the last 4 years due to its academically driven curriculum and its great learning environment. Additionally, Franklin High School offers the IB Diploma Program which is super unique and helps students develop more well-rounded and globally-focused educational perspectives. Furthermore, the school offers a wide variety of clubs, sports, and activities for all students and does its best to get everyone involved. Franklin also has some fabulous teachers and very academically gifted students so the overall learning environment is very exciting and passionate. However, like most schools, there are some flaws and needed improvements. For instance, the bathrooms are typically very dirty and most of the sinks do not work. Also, not all the teachers are understanding or kind to all their students, and some teachers genuinely give too much work to their students. Overall, I loved my experience at Franklin High School!
Franklin High School is all-around versatile from its classes to its extracurriculars.
It offers a variety of courses for people at all levels. I recommend the CTE classes, which are hands-on courses based on real careers, such as graphic design, auto body, and broadcasting. There is also an entrepreneurship center that students from all across WilCo study at, which I have heard good things about.
Franklin has the club and team sports you may expect from a school. From my perspective, the best performing teams appear to be bowling, hockey, rugby, and lacrosse. (The underdogs have got to be the lady wrestlers, though. We've only been around for two years, but we are already carving a place for ourselves in the wrestling community.) Franklin has a nationally recognized marching band. You can fit right in the band community no matter who you are or your understanding of music, as long as you have a good attitude.
In conclusion, FHS... would reccomend!

Franklin High School has an incredible range of classes, clubs, and sports to choose from. Their arts programs like the marching band are nationally known and help prepare students for college and beyond. Franklin offers many rigorous courses ranging from honors to AP and IB, which are taught by helpful and understanding teachers. Diversity is a bit of an issue at Franklin, which is expected, as Williamson County is a predominantly white county. Overall, Franklin is involving. It’s heavily involved in sports, arts, and ensures students are knowledgeable of their class’s curriculums. While language, slight racism, and diversity could most definitely improve, Franklin still serves as a great school.
