My involvement in the Honorable Marching and Concert Band has influenced my future Degree in Music Business. The Band Program emphasizes the community, growth, maturity, perseverance, and excellence of its students. With these qualities, I was able to lead my percussion section to exceptional standards this past season. Connections with other fellow musicians, teachers, and alumni created relationships I will continue to hold for years to come.

The wide variety of academics provided by Franklin High School prepares me for my future. Classes vary in both advancement and subject. The Standard, Honors, IB, and AP courses available challenges students at a level that is suitable for the student. Personally, I appreciate the unique courses Franklin offers, such as Psychology and Music Theory. I was able to study a branch of knowledge that I could potentially continue in college.
Review Franklin High School
My education at Franklin High School was what thrust me into the world. I wouldn't say that all things learned were necessary, or well-taught, but the school allowed for me to constantly explore news aspirations; in my time there, I was in band, art class, "math-letes," the Track Team, Showchoir, the rock-climbing club, and many theatre classes, which is what I pursued professionally post-graduation. FHS gave me the freedom to investigate my abilities and my own heart, the skills to engage that which called me, and the drive to see it through- not to mention the incredibly supportive community that I gained from maturing in this environment. Franklin is a school equipped with the tools to help shape us into our true selves.
My experiences at Franklin High School are memories that I will reflect back on fondly. There are many opportunities in which one can make new friends. There are many clubs and sports team that allow for opportunities to meet new people. A program that I am overly attach to is the band program. The band directors , Mr. Aydelott and Mr. Campos, have taught me many things that relate to the real world especially applying marching band season to experiences that I will encounter once I leave high school. The teachers are the best, not just at academically teaching but as well as helping and supporting you. The school also provides many opportunities to experience the world outside of Williamson County. Look back at the past four years, I would not change my experiences at the school for it has made me the person I am today, a person ready and confident to face the world.
