We have had our daughter attending Franklin Christian Academy (FCA) for several years and have had a great experience! Class room sizes are small and teachers are able to teach vs. reviewing for standardized testing only. We feel that FCA has provided the support and structure needed to prepare her for college. We also enjoy the culture. Our daughter has made a lot of great friends and has had some wonderful experiences (in addition to solid academics). The school offers additional benefits with camp in the summer for a week and a week without walls where they travel and lean for a week in the spring.
The school is well run and the administration is very connected, it makes for an easy partnership!
Our experience has been so good that we may send our younger son there. Great school! I highly recommend visiting and meeting with the headmaster and checking it out.

One of FCA's strengths is in having a strong sense of community. They foster this community spirit inside of the school as well is outside the FCA's walls to the community around them. It is a great school where everyone is welcome and has an opportunity to participate in sports, drama, crew or student leadership. They also have a great staff that helps make sure that everyone has the opportunity to do well. FCA provides a Christian world-view curriculum and servant leadership training. They partner with families to pursue rigorous, college-bound academics within a caring community, experienced through vital, committed relationships among faculty, students, and parents.
I have three children who attend Franklin Christian Academy. This is our second year and our children are in grades 5th, 7th and 8th. Overall we have been pleased with the overall approach that the faculty and staff take in the education process. FCA is a small school and offers access to education and sports that might be limited at a larger school. We appreciate how open and welcoming FCA is too many families from various backgrounds. I'd encourage any family considering FCA to schedule a tour and ask hard questions.
