My son has attended Franklin Avenue Middle School for years now. I would have to say, a majority of the staff teach appropriately and well. However, a lot needs to change among the school communtity. I have had a close eye on the hierachy of the school and think their can be some major changes. However, I thank some of the teachers for doing a job well done.
I hated my time here at FAMS. In a variety of ways it hurt me emotionally and intellectually. This school made me feel worthless and dumb.
I love the school nurse.
Their HIB reporting is ridiculous.
