Frankfort High School is a school located within a close-knit community. The students have a very high success rate after graduation not only because their will to be successful, but because how much the staff enforces it. Principal, Joe Riley, takes education of Frankfort seriously; making sure each and every student is on task in the classrooms. The teachers are supportive inside and outside of the classroom, and make sure students are taken care of and doing well. As well as that, extra-cirricular actvities are enjoyable, but always put second to the classroom. Go Falcons!

Frankfort is a very warm and friendly community. The teachers and students all support one another in all different situations. Due to the school being smaller, there are many opportunities that some students may have at larger schools that students at Frankfort are never given. But, for the size and location of this school, the possibilities for every student is astounding.
Frankfort High School is a wonderful school in Mineral County, West Virginia. It's a school of about 500-600 students a year, and has many great faculty and staff members. There are two great principals that are to the point and very helpful with their students, and the school also has a guidance counseling system that is amazing as well. The school had a concert, marching, and jazz band, and also has many sports, which includes football, baseball, boys and girls basketball, volleyball, softball, girls tennis, golf, and bowling, and more. Frankfort has been recognized for a very high graduation rate, and around half of its students are on the honor roll! The school is all around wonderful, and a friendly environment. Anyone looking for a school that will bend over backwards for their success, Frankfort High is the one.
