Framingham State University Early Childhood Center Reviews
Rating 3.5 out of 5 2 reviews
I will be a Freshman this September, 2022 I have visited the campus and the Early Childhood Center twice. The professors were very informative and approachable both times. When I asked them questions, they always gave a truthful answer. They told me it is a rigorous program, which scares me a little, but I know I can handle the course work. They had course pamphlets available as well as starting salary pay pamphlets from different public school systems One thing I enjoyed was them having me read a book to students and then asking them questions. My mom works in the Boston Public Schools, so I saw her do it a lot when education was all remote, so I wasn't too nervous. They noticed that too. I informed them that I have a learning disability and they told me the steps I have to take for accommodations to be provided to me during my time at FSU. That was a huge relief. I really can't comment on what The Early Childhood Center can improve on because I have not started my studies yet.
It’s a pretty good school overall. Good teachers and lots of opportunities. There’s definitely a lot of diversity and it’s a great place for people to form friendships. The school itself is pretty small. Not a big party scene.
