COVID-19 Update for Prospective Students and Families:
We will be on campus this fall unless otherwise mandated by city or state regulations. We plan to follow our regular calendar year, with all grades meeting Monday - Friday. Thanks to our commitment to small class sizes, we can navigate the CDC’s guiding principles to promote the health and wellness of our school community better than some. Tuition
Founded in 1982, Fort Worth Academy is a learning environment that cultivates leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation. While the school is unique in many ways, perhaps its most distinguishing characteristic is that it is the only K-8 private school in Fort Worth. Fort Worth Academy is K-8 on purpose and by design and is proud to provide an environment where all students learn through exploration, perseverance and, ultimately, success. All classes at all grade levels are capped 15 students, and our middle school experience is unlike that of any other school. Our unique environment perfectly positions students aged 10-14 with problem-solving skills, individual confidence, and leadership capacity, while the middle school experience at any other school is a time of vulnerability and lack of confidence.
The success of our graduates speaks for itself. Nearly all--99%--attend their family’s first choice for high school.
ELI Initiative
By teaching the principles of entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation, the ELI Initiative at the Academy represents our commitment to empowering students to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Fort Worth Academy Reviews
Not all kids are created equal. Teachers focus on the development of each child based on the child's interests and pace of progress.
FWA effectively combine technology-based and traditional teaching methods to stimulate the child's curiosity.
We also made friends quickly with other kind, caring, resourceful parents who understand quality education is part of the whole child development. Teachers do not replace the parents to raise the kids.
Kids are encouraged to be individual and critical thinkers. Project based learning has been effective in making learning fun. My child has excelled in every subject from writing, science to math, and continues to enjoy being there with his friends.
