I've always liked central I'm a 2nd generation student. My dad went there and I graduated for their 50 anniversary. The school is very diverse and spirit fled. The 4 years going there I felt like I was in a big family. The teachers are great, helped me really understand what was being taught and if there wasn't they had no problem what do ever going over certain things. One thing I would change is even though it was a small amount of them, don't have the teachers rely on the buzzer and try to actually get to the students rather than kicking them out. But it's a definite that if you live in the schools zone then try and get them into central!

Fort. Pierce Central is an overall good generic school with its many flaws. The pros are that they have many clubs, sports, and activities for students to do ranging from football, bowling, volunteer clubs to literature clubs. The school spirit is very noticeable with their flashy culture of being proud of their sports teams. However, the academics can be very disappointing. Finding a teacher that does not care about teaching or controlling their class is very common and sometimes expected in your schedule. This makes the immersion of being in an academic facility break and feels like a chore to even be there without being taught properly.
I loved attending this high school! The teachers I received were great and amazing but I feel there could have been more school spirit. Also, there could have been more involvment with the students in extracurriculars. And, I feel like the school could have worked with student organizations and listened to hear what we had to say. However, I really enjoyed my time at Central!
