I enjoyed my time at Foothill High School. Their sports programs and support of the performing arts is incredible and I would love for other students to see that as well. I am an advanced student, meaning I only took Honors and AP classes. The teachers were extremely supportive and want to help you if you want to help yourself. I wish the school spirit was better, however that wasn't the fault of student council, it was the students not participating no matter what student council did. I am proud to be a Falcon!

Foothill High School is where a student's dreams can become reality. The campus is friendly and classmates are for the most part respectful towards one another while the teachers take the time to care for the student's individual needs inorder to increase their chance of success. The extracurricular activities teach discipline, respect, and you learn how to become your best self, and they offer a lot of programs to help you Excell before graduation.
Foothill High School was an excellent place to be involved in the performing arts. The teachers and classes I participated in were positive and encouraging, but also pushed me to increase my capacity to learn. I grew with the good teachers and classes there.
The student population was above the carrying capacity of the school, which made passing periods more difficult and decreased teacher to student interactions which improve overall learning.
Some of the students in lower level classes there were unmotivated to perform at high levels than the students in higher level classes. This was based upon their personal choices, but it hindered the capability of the school because there was a need to babysit instead of teach. This could easily be fixed through proper raising of children starting in the home.
