It has been a blessing to be a student at Fontana High School. The school spirit, teachers, and students are something that I have never seen before. It is inspiring, motivating, and uplifting. The staff is so encouraging, and I can confidently say that I would not have pursued higher education had I not had the resources I do at this school, or the people here to encourage me to do so.
This school is really amazing has a lot of programs to offer for the students that arent offered at other schools near us.
It was ok, there is an issue with the bathrooms not being open because the students vape in there. The teachers are fine and willing to help.
When I first came to Fontana High School I though it was going to be a bad experience but in my final year it has been good. The many people I have interacted have been amazing and some people you thought you wouldn't talk to become your friend. Next, the school environment has not changed since it was constructed because its the first high school but it still looks good after all these years. Third, the teachers are really supportive and you can even have large talks with them about almost anything. The school spirit still lives on and most of the school still shows it and loves it, some won't admit it but we know they love the school spirit. Overall, I am graduating around 50-60 days and this has been a ride for sure.
I liked the school spirit and academic reputation. The spirit of the asb director is like nothing I have ever experienced
The school is just like any other fundamentally students teacher sports programs. However I believe its the connections the staff and students have is what sets it apart.
So far I have been attending Fontana High school for 4 consecutive years. I would say that my experience at this school has been memorable. At this school I met all of my friends that have supported me throughout every decision. They were the people that were withe me when i was submitting my college applications and they were ones who congratulated me. I also had amazing teachers that had prepared me in becoming the person that i am today. Though they did hold us to high expectations that was a times difficult, it was for a reason. A topic in which I do wish that my school had worked better on was understanding us not as students but as people. The difference between them is that a is one is treated and seen as a student, they are just seen as a teen who comes to school to learn and succeed whereas a person should be seen as someone who also has outside of school worries. We are not robots; we are people who also have certain issues to deal with at home and work.
My experience with the school has been mediocre. There can be teachers that are fairly good but others that can be quite mean. The food is downright terrible, there is not one item that looks appetizing.
There are so many yet so few words to describe FOHI. It is a school with so much of everything. The misunderstood, the popular, the athletes, the scholars, and a lot more. This school is so united because it takes pride in its differences. It takes action to make even the least represented students feel like they have a safe place. Whether it be giving special shoutouts at rallies, quite rooms to relax, or one on one talks, this school makes you feel welcomed. The environment at school has never been something that makes me not want to come. On the other hand, the environment here makes it better. I appreciate this school and all the effort that is put into it.
My 4 years experience in Fontana High School has been great! I met many new friends , joined a club, and got along with teachers. My academics were good like classes they offer such as fire tech, Emergency Medical Technician, Law enforcement, CNA , and more enjoyable clubs and sports.
My experience in Fontana High School is not over just yet. What I have experienced for the past two or three years have not been the best but also not the worst. The teachers are great at teaching me and my class the basics of what we need to learn. The homework we get can be suffocating at times but there are a lot of good moments that I cherish with my friends and family. I'm getting better at speaking up little by little, even if the progress is small. The only change I would like to see is the food that is served in the cafeteria. I would love to see foods that are cooked by hand, not processed foods. I would love to see people enjoying their meal at lunch with real food that's healthy for them to eat and not skip lunch every single day, month and year.
My experience with Fontana High school is that, overall has made me feel safe accepted and highly welcoming to new students. Fohi consistently help students with academics and help with apply for college. What i would like to see changed at Fohi is resources towards students, allow for more help and tutors for those in AP classes.
i like how they actually cared about and do events for the school. It's a good school to put your kids in. My experienc4e in that school was good. I love some of my teachers. Some of my teachers are really caring and they noticed when something is wrong. The food it's okay is not the best. Every school would be fights no matter of how safe the school is. I like how every month they take a day off and we try to be together as a "family".
It was a great experience. I highly recommend joining a program, sport, or club, because that is truly where all the good memories come from.
I honestly like everything about Fontana High School. Everyone here shows that they are here to help us when we need it. I like the family the school has brought together, and how the teachers are really nice.
Fontana High School is a very well-known school. I feel like my school is a very great school. They make us feel involved and make it where it's not all about academics. We have rally's, lunch activities, fun football games, and fun classes as well. When we have a question, we feel comfortable to go to teachers and ask them what we are confused about. I am very proud pf my school and what it has become. We have come a long way and we are number one in our school district. There are many people who are in the underclass with money but that doesn't stop us from being great. I am proud to say that I go to Fontana High School!
I like how every teacher I have encounter have been very polite and push me to be the best. Have supported me all throughout high school. Which has made my experience in high school ten times better.
