First Baptist Academy is a great school that I really didn't appreciate until my senior year. Coming from a public school background, I was used to seeing new faces with each class period, but at FBA you travel with the same people from class-to-class (except for electives). Academically, First Baptist Academy is wonderful. The teachers were genuine, and they encouraged you to not be lazy, but prepared you to face the realities of education at a University. There is very, very little diversity as far as high school goes. There's diversity in elementary and middle school, though. The fine arts at the school is superb! What really got me to enjoy the school my senior year was how the staff genuinely encouraged students to seek God and to put Him first. All in all, this school truly was a blessing and a great way to finish out my secondary education.

I have been at FBA my whole life and it definitely is a great school with faculty that cares. I have made life long friends through this school. Even though it does not have as many resources as public school, improvements are on their way in upcoming years!
First Baptist Academy is a very small, Christ-like school where everybody knows everybody. The closeness between everyone is truly a blessing. The academics need more help in trying to prosper the students in their education more. It lacks stability in the academic portion of the school. It can be difficult for change to occur due to the original mindset when the school was first established. But overall, I would have to say my experience was great.
