I’m a parent of a graduate as well as two current students. Throughout our many years at the school we have been consistently happy. Our kids have been pushed academically by extremely knowledgeable and responsible teachers and also supported with warmth and love at every turn. The balance of academics with social emotional learning is excellent. Far Hills families are supportive of the students and teachers. Far Hills has high standards but is also accommodating and respectful of the fact that all children learn differently. Far Hills finds ways to make every child shine and celebrates childhood throughout the grades. My graduate was extremely well prepared for his top-ranked high school and I have no doubt that my kids will all thrive in high school and college thanks to their educational foundation gained at Far Hills Country Day School. The best part is, my kids are eager and happy to go to school every day!

Far Hills Country Day School is a truly exceptional educational institution that places a strong emphasis on both academic and social-emotional growth. Their curriculum is intentional and tailored to meet each child precisely where they are, allowing every student to reach their full potential. The school's dedication to knowing and valuing each child and family fosters a wonderfully supportive community. As a parent with three different learners, I've witnessed the remarkable impact in my children; as they are not only excelling academically but are also consistently challenged. They have instilled within them a deep-seated love for learning that extends beyond the classroom. Far Hills Country Day School prioritizes individualized growth and community, providing an enriching experience for students and families alike.

I graduated from FH, and even though my friends and I went off to different high schools and boarding schools, we have stayed close. There's something really special about having friends from such an early age. We literally can't remember a time when we weren't part of each other's lives. Some favorite memories are Field Day, the holiday concert, Adventure America, and hanging out after school. We learned a lot, had fun, and felt supported the entire time. Small classes really fostered our closeness, and I can't imagine my life without the friends I made at FH.

My teachers were great. They were always accessible and made us feel like they were partners in our learning. They cared about us and knew how we were doing in all of our classes, not just the ones they taught. I was encouraged to seek them out for help, advice, or anything else, and that sense of self-advocacy has served me well.

Far Hills Country Day School was a great school for me and a great place to grow up.
