I have attended Faith Training Christian Academy for six years and I truly have enjoyed each year. In my past I have been to both private and public schools, but this has by far been the best. Academics are great with the A Becca curriculum. The greatest quality of Faith Training is the teachers and staff. They love on you and accept you for who you are like no one else. They are always there for you when you need academic help or advice with real world situations. I was also involved in Faith Training sports. Although we weren't playing at the highest level of competition, I still grew and learned as an athlete. The only thing I would change about Faith Training is to add more electives. It is a very small school, so I completely understand why there are few choices.
The environment at Faith Training Christian Acadmey, while not perfect, is safe and friendly. There is a smaller student body which opens the door for close relationships and one-on-one instruction time. The faculty and administrative staff care about every student that walks through the hallway even after graduation. Parents are invited and even encouraged to participate in school events. This school while focused on academics and athletics is a great place to grow a students relationship with Christ.
At Faith Training the staff welcomes you like family. Everyone is so kind. It may not be a big school but that just means more one-on-one time with teachers when you need help in any subject. I'm a senior this year and it feels like that I am leaving a part of me there. I have played in the baseball and softball programs. As well as track and field. The coaches there are incredible and really help you strive to be the best you can be. Also, the food is AMAZING.
