The teachers at my school are great. They not only know their material very well but they care that the students actually learn the material then for the students to know enough material to just past a test. They make connections with the students that make the students feel like they actually are cared for and heard so the students usually learns more from the teachers they connect to. The teachers usually give feedback on how we can improve our studies, an example of this is constructive criticism on papers and speeches. Like every school there are ups and downs when it comes to teachers but overall the quality of teachers at FCA are fantastic.
My overall experience at school has been great. There have been hardships with this school but there have been even more blessing that have come from this school. This school has allowed me to grow up in a mature fashion that I don't think I would had gotten anywhere else. This is because of how unique this school is. It's a small school, around 300 kids k-12, at two different campuses so I am able to learn everyone's names at my campus and they know mine. Some people would see this as a terrible thing but its not. I can personally tell you how many people are in my class, what they love doing, what they hate doing, how many siblings they all have etc. We have been together since I started going to this school back in seventh grade. We all took the same classes together, all had the same amount of homework and hardships that we all dealt with. At this point I don't see my classmates as friends but I see them more as family because of how close we all have become in such a short amount of time together. It has been a true blessing in disguise
Faith Academy was a great place to learn, where the teachers really pushed me to succeed and be the best person I can be
