The faculty is amazing. Everyone hired is very supportive. The academics are wonderful, especially for the honors classes. A lot of clubs, and sports are huge here. Everyone goes to football games even though our team sucks. I play tennis. We have a district officer, bullet proof glass, visitor tags, monthly safety drills, etc. Diversity sucks. Most kids are white. A lot of kids vape, but you can find good people if you look. The guidance counselor is super nice but counseling gets better at the high school. Food is good, and many options. I’m vegetarian so that was good. The janitors are always smiling. The nurse can be helpful sometimes. Just stay away from the stupid parties, stick with the out-crowd, take honors classes, and you will be absolutely fine. Being Christian at a public school is hard, but if I could do it, so can you!

This school is not great. Overall It was not a good and healthy environment. There was a lot of bullying that was never dealt with properly as the administration manly cares about there reputation rather then students. The administration also favors some students over others. The population is manly Caucasian and is not very diverse. This non diverse environment lead to a lot of racism directed to non- Caucasia students, there was also a lot of sexism directed toward female students. The students are also timed on there bathroom and hall trips which made many students including myself uncomfortable. Even though the administration was not great there were some amazing caring and sympathetic teachers which made the tough days better. There are also lots of sports to play. The cafeteria food is average but there are not many options for students with dietary restrictions. I had a decent experience at this school and my tip for students is to find good friends and try your best.
