My experience at Fairfield High School was overall pretty decent. I had a mix of great teachers and so-so teachers, which is expected of a high school. I was really appreciative of all the opportunities this school gave me to get out of my comfort zone and learn many new things. I noticed there were quite a few cliques that did make it hard to make friends, but I also noticed many extremely nice people who made my experience there so much better.

It was a school that opened me up to new opportunities and new boundaries. I learned how to speak English, how to interact with people and went from being an ELD kid to an AP student. I was born in a small town in India and was brought to America in 2014 for a better life and better education. Fairfield high has supported me fully to experience new way of life and also supported my educational goals but providing me with a scholarship.
I've been having a great experience at Fairfield High. At the beginning of the year I was struggling and just felt like quitting, but the administration was very accommodating and got me back on track. The teachers were also very helpful with believing in me and not just giving up. The school clubs and activities are amazing, there is really something for everyone. The school shows that they care very much about our safety and find ways to celebrate our diversity.
