My experience here at Everest has been the best 4 years of my entire High School career. I've created so many connections with plenty of the staff and was provided so much guidance and help when needed. The school culture is excellent as well as the involvement of not only the students and staff but from the families as well. This school has helped me with college applications, seeking help with school work and helping with things outside of school.

Everest is a pretty good school overall, since coming here my freshman year I have built a very personal connection with the teacher and in doing so it has helped me by being able to trust them. The Everest community is very friendly and caring. Everest as prepared and helped me get ready for college pretty well by having mentors that help us and by having college readiness classes mandatory for all students during there junior year
There is a platform that students have to use called the plp. It is required that every student passes all of their content assessments before the end of the year. These content assessments (CA) are 10 questions long and the amount per class and grade vary. They also count for 21% of the students overall grade, where projects are worth 70% and additional CA's are worth 9%. Freshmen and Sophomores are not required to take AP classes, Juniors are required to take 2 AP classes, and seniors have to take all AP classes. Juniors also have the highest amount of CA's to pass.

Cool stuff they do:
- camping trip (all 400 students go camping)
- study trip (more than half of the students visit different colleges and have fun whereas the seniors go to Nevada to have fun one last time)
-expeditions (2 weeks long that happen 4 times a year)
