Eureka Senior High School Reviews
Rating 4.07 out of 5 356 reviews
I had some really great teachers! I could tell that they actually cared about us. My only negative experience was some of the principles with how they handled COVID-19
I was impressed with the variety of AP and Honors classes provided to the students. There are a variety of sports, clubs, music, theater and art extra- curricular activities. The administration is always willing to listen and actively tries to improve the learning environment. The new STEM building is phenomenal! Although there have been issues with diversity in the past, Eureka is working with students and the community to provide a more accepting atmosphere.
Something that I enjoyed about the school was the curriculum, the teachers that genuinely cared about my future, and the assistance that was provided. The biggest thing that I didn’t like was the racism that took place and how little was being done to fix the issue. I would like to see more African American teachers there to provide comfort for the African American as well as programs to allow the students to express their thoughts freely without judgement.
